Welcome to the Sharan Project

Welcome to the Sharan Project. Together we can provide you with the tools to lead an independent life without fear.

Being away from home can be daunting. Who do you trust? What do you do now?  How will you be able to lead a successful independent life for yourself?

We offer free impartial, confidential and culturally sensitive support, advice and information on key life skills and information on a range of issues including health, housing, employment, education, financial, and legal.

Our aim is to empower, educate and inspire women who want to learn more about the support and choices that are available to them. For support please contact us.

Get Involved

We are a volunteer led charity and we continue to grow but we cannot do this without your help.

We believe that by giving women the confidence, support and skills to become integrated into society, this will greatly increase their chances of living successful independent lives without fear. More importantly, they will feel they are not alone and often just need a friend who understands without judgment.

There are many ways in which you can get involved to support our work please see our Get Involved section for more info.
