We are thrilled to share details about a short film made in support of the Sharan Project.

Our founder, CEO has been working with our Global Ambassador Sukki Menon and a stellar cast and crew to create this short film, which is planned to be used as part of our prevention through education work.

‘I See Her’ focuses on violence against women and girls, and particularly on giving a voice to South-Asian victims and survivors of domestic abuse and forced marriage, whose lives could follow a completely different path with the help of us, the active bystander.

As a producer for the film, our founder, Polly Harrar, said ‘I am beyond proud to be part of this incredible project. The film I See Her is a powerful short film with a big heart and we look forward to taking it to the next level. I am thrilled it has received such recognition as we stand united to end violence against women and girls”.

A private screening took place over #16DaysofActivism 2023 hosted by UN Women UK and a sold out private screening for cast crew and friends took place at a London Cinema, additionally our founder was invited by the National Television Society to discuss the film and the issues it proudly highlights.

A truly amazing collaboration that highlights what we can all do to end #VAWG. Check out the trailer here: https://bitly.ws/WVWc.
